A Pallini Limoncello egy természetes likőr, amelyet Pallini 1875 óta gyárt Olaszországban. A felhasznált infúziót értékes Sfusato citromból nyerik, amely kizárólag az Amalfi-partról származik. A kézzel szedett citromokat azonnal infúzióval töltik be, így frissességük és ízük minden üvegben megtalálható. Gyakorlatilag végtelen a felhasználása – közvetlenül, jéggel, közvetlenül a hűtőből, vagy koktélokhoz és főzéshez használható. Senki sem tud megfelelni tipikus olasz ízének.
