Pallini Limoncello is een natuurlijke likeur die sinds 1875 in Italië door Pallini wordt geproduceerd. De gebruikte infusie is afkomstig van kostbare Sfusato-citroenen, uitsluitend afkomstig van de Amalfikust. De met de hand geplukte citroenen worden onmiddellijk geïnfuseerd, zodat hun versheid en smaak in elke fles aanwezig zijn. Het gebruik ervan is vrijwel oneindig – om puur te drinken, met ijs, rechtstreeks uit de koelkast, of te gebruiken in cocktails en bij het koken. Niemand kan de typisch Italiaanse smaak evenaren.
