Alessandro Rivetto - Langhe Arneis DOC 2023 Matirè
It comes with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its scent isdelicate, fruity and slightly citrus.
Of flavourdry, fresh with good aromatic persistence. Lingering aftertaste slightly bitter.
Pairings: excellentaperitif. During the meal it goes very well with light appetizers and fish dishes.

Winemaking
Following destemming and crushing of the grapes, the must and skins are left in cold contact for around 30 hours, after which the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Maceration lasts about 5 days.
