The sip is warm but supported by an acidic vein which makes it very pleasant to drink. Consistent with the nose, indeed I would say too consistent, the olfactory aftertaste focuses a lot on these dark, intense, captivating and very pleasant notes. As the seconds pass, the secrets and the explosion of the bittering herbs behind this great work emerge. Definitely bitter finish, a bitterness that dies on a savory/balsamic trail, as if to recall a pharmaceutical product.
