The mind of the ancient recipe is that of Salvatore Martina, apothecary from the province of Lecce, with the intention of producing an Amaro that combined the peculiar qualities ` digestive of this product the strength of a tonic. In its first years of production, Amaro Martina received numerous awards at major national and international exhibitions (including those in Paris and Genoa), making itself noticed for its pleasant taste and its strong aromatic notes. Today revisited in the packaging, it presents itself as a top-of-the-range herbal bitter, strongly bitter tones blend elegantly with the balsamic notes of the spices, generating a unique elixir of its kind.
