Limited edition dedicated to Vincent de Mestral whose famous painting “Sunny Sea” is shown on the label

Nose: Sweet charcoal smoke, reminiscent of grilled meat. Also an earthy undertone, with some sort of mint and herbaceous notes. Notes of liquorice and acidic vinegar.

Taste: Sweetness of candy and cough syrup with a lingering smokiness. Pleasant and drinkable. Simple and easy.

Finish: Comes out on the palate with a hint of sweetness before it turns into woody bitterness, with a bit of nuttiness to accompany a short and simple finish.
