Cabenet grappa distilled in a discontinuous cycle still immersed in a bain-marie. It has a pale straw yellow color. Its aromatic scent preserves the tradition of the old bain-marie distillation and its conservation in small barrels made of local wood. A dry and appropriately aromatic taste. Aging in barrels is more than one year.
