Barbados Rum Aged 14 Years Doorly's Foursquare (70CL, 48.0% Vol.)

The Barbados Rum Doorly's 14 Years from the Foursquare distillery is a blend of rums distilled in single column and in pot still column, at least 14 years old, aged in barrels previously used for the refinement of Bourbon and Portuguese Madeira fortified wine.

Copper in color with reddish reflections, the nose releases complex aromas of blackberry and plum accompanied by toasted notes derived from the prolonged passage in barrel. In the mouth it is soft, with hints of cherry that mix with notes of ginger and chocolate.

Excellent to taste neat, it can be used to make refined cocktails.
