In this Cuvée, made with infinite care and according to the most rigorous Bellavista tradition, more than 30 harvest selections come together, some of which ferment and mature in small white oak barrels.

Graciousness and decision, delicacy and strength are combined in this delicious and rare cuvée. The grapes used are chardonnay for approximately 60% and pinot noir. The basic wine selection is as always decisive, so much so that the final assembly is chosen from 30 harvest selections, some of which ripen in small white oak barrels. The aging in the cellar lasts no less than 4 years, starting from the harvest. The youthful pale pink shades, capaci to evolve into precious ancient shades with aging made of glass, they are surrounded by a very white foam and a tight and persistent pérlage. The aromatic dances are open from perfumes of white peach, followed and expanded by references of wild strawberries, wild flowers and toasted bread. The sip is fleshy, dry, fresh but not harsh, capable of harmonious vibrations and seductive that are reminiscent of blackcurrant and sweet almond.
