A single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, bottled by independent bottlers North Star Spirits. Distilled in September 2006, matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask and then finished in a PX sherry cask and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Unchill filtered, naturally colored and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750 ml)

Nose: Homemade macaroons and peaches straight from the tin.

Palate: Sweet sticky toffee pudding and caramel sauce.

Finish: Crumble of burnt and crunchy blackberries.
