The Riserva Privata Barricata originates from a reserve of Amarone grappa. Fruit of the distillation of the fermented grape skins that derive from the production of the highly prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine, it is the result of the passion and skill of the master distillers, capable of transforming a solid raw material into a transparent and crystalline liquid, with an exceptional organoleptic profile. The long aging in wood gives it its characteristic intense amber color and enriches its bouquet, giving life to a persuasive and intriguing grappa capable of satisfying even the palates of the most demanding connoisseurs. 

Color and Appearance
Intense amber color.

Smell
Intense and enveloping, it presents a complex bouquet which, starting from hints of honey and vanilla, evolves into the aroma of cocoa to end in a delicate and fascinating spice.

Full, round and persistent, it expresses on the palate the typical structure of the vines from which it originates and a seductive flavor characterized by elegant hints of noble woods that derives from the long period of aging in wood.
