Nose: Creamy vanilla and orchard fruit: peach, grape skin, sandalwood grains and honey create a nice nose on this. delicate and needs time to develop.

Palate: Pepper and spice, on the first wave of flavors, give way to coconut, vanilla and fruit with a nice maltiness with some nuts and spicy wood. chocolate chips on the second wave… plus lemon zest.

Finish: lemon peel, pepper, chocolate, coconut and wood.
