BROOKLYN SMALL BATCH Gin (0.7L, 40% Vol.)Brooklyn Gin is produced by Emil and Joe Santos at the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, the first distillery to obtain the license in New York after the prohibition period.The pride of Brooklyn Gin is certainly the process, completely manual and according to very ancient techniques. The neutral alcohol is left to infuse in small batches of copper with hand-ground juniper berries and fresh citrus peel (absolutely no dried or frozen fruits!), coming from neighboring territories. Subsequently, the distillation takes place in the Warwick Vallery Winery and Distillery, near the Hudson Valley.During the tasting, Brooklyn Small Batch Gin offers us a clean and balanced structure, with a crystalline appearance. On the palate it offers vivid floral and citrus notes, supported by a backbone of juniper, which lasts throughout the pleasant, soft and dry finish.
