VINIFICATION AND AGING
Harvest period from the third decade of August
at the first of September. Maceration for 6-8
hours, controlled fermentation and addition of alcohol
neutral from wine. Aging for 6 months in vats
controlled temperature.
TASTING
Color: straw yellow.
Bouquet: intense, with notes of ripe fruit
and hints of melon and apricot.
Taste: sweet, soft and enveloping on the palate.
COMBINATIONS
To be enjoyed in combination with classic desserts
of cream and fruit or ricotta. Serve at 10°-12°C.
