PRODUCTION METHOD
Fermentation: the Sangiovese was vinified off-white at low temperature (16-18°) in steel vats; The Vermentino was fermented at low temperature (13-16°C) in steel vats.

Aging: in steel vats with rest on the lees for approximately 2 months.

THE WINEMAKER'S COMMENT
Wine with pale pink nuances, the typical notes of red fruits of Sangiovese and the citrus and sage hints of Vermentino stand out on the nose. Fresh and with good persistence.

Delicious as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany light meat and fish dishes.
