Organoleptic notes

On the nose it offers notes of barley which give way to aromas of creamy vanilla, Bramley apple pie and sherry. On the palate stand out hints of spicy cinnamon and black pepper, apricots and dried plums. Sweet finish with hints of almond and persistent notes of raisins.
