The greatest peculiarity of Gaston de Casteljac Cognac is that it benefits from the same aging techniques used in Gascony: use of small selected oak barrels, constant control, natural oxygenation of the brandy.

Gaston de Casteljac cognacs are the result of artisanal production, aimed at expressing exceptional tasting quality. Savoring a G. de Casteljac Cognac is first of all a privilege. For each quality, for each vintage there are only a few barrels. Cognacs are produced with natural white wines, carefully selected and grown in medium-sunny vineyards. They thus retain a certain acidity which gives them the typical aromas and the same characteristics of the old original and traditional cognacs of the 18th century. In order to preserve an intense aromatic range, they are distilled very slowly and without filtration.
