Moscato Grappa (0.5L, 40% Vol.)

Moscato Grappa from the Sibona distillery is a soft and fragrant grappa produced from the pomace of Moscato grapes coming from the historic hills of Alba and Asti in Piedmont. The pomace, delivered fresh, freshly destemmed from the bunch, by selected winemakers in the area, is collected and immediately distilled to capture the maximum aromas and aromas. The production method of this very fine and characteristic Grappa is that of discontinuous steam flow distillation, using stills made entirely of copper which work at low pressure. The choice of Moscato grape pomace, one of the most aromatic white grape varieties, characterizes the aromas of this distillate in an unmistakable way.
