intense yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Smell
fragrant, aromas of bread combined with cream, orange peel and spices.
Palate
delicate perlage, sustained acidity, in excellent balance with hints of apple and peach.
Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif or for festive toasts, it pleasantly accompanies crudités and fish marinades, in particular smoked salmon. Also excellent with fried vegetables or seafood, dips and chicken salad.
Straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo per un vino fresco, fermo con profumi prevalentemente fruttati. Al palato risulta morbido, fresco abbastanza armonico. Consigliato per accompagnare nelle calde serate estive, piatti a base di verdure di stagione e piatti di pesce. Può anche essere utilizzato come aperitivo servito molto freddo.
