Dom Pérignon Vintage 2002 Plénitude 2 reveals an established, high maturity. Thanks to this abundant heritage, the wine releases a clear and authentic power, characterized by a delicate richness, balanced between freshness and minerality, which becomes light revealing a shade of light, radiant gold, enhanced by the energy of light.

THE NOSE

Initially, the complexity appears warm, golden, sparkling, characterized by an oriental exoticism: candied fruit, frangipane, sweet spices, fresh coriander. On the breath, the saffron becomes grayer and more iodized, the bouquet gradually blurs, apparently becoming more hidden, mysterious, satisfied and satisfying.

THE PALATE

The wrapper is instantly released in all its majesty, opulent and airy, energetic and sensual, always focused on fruity notes. With a shocking similarity between nose and mouth, voluptuousness slowly becomes more serious and profound. The notes persist decisively in the refined, saline whole and with faint accents of liquorice.
