El dorado rare Collection enmore 1993 RumENMORE 1993This very rare Demerara Rum was distilled on Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, bottled in limited release. Tasting NotesSilky smooth with vanilla, followed by deep caramel, toffee, coconut, pecans, pumpkin with hints of cloves and nutmeg. The body is medium heavy, perfectly balanced with a long, dense finish of sweet caramel and notes of ripe fruit, but with a pleasantly dry finish.
