Transparent and colourless, it smells of wisteria and lime on the nose, together with typical notes of juniper and the citrus and citric part clearly evident in the background. Even drunk neat, the flavor is balanced, spicy and floral but firmly rooted in its gin roots, with a typical and very long juniper finish. An excellent tool to use both in quality cocktails and for simpler mixology.
