Fantini Farnese Gran Cuvée Rosè

Gran Cuvée Rosé by Fantini Farnese was born in vineyards located in the Potenza municipality of Acerenza, in Basilicata. The Swarovski diamond placed in the center of the label makes this bubble ideal as a romantic gift, especially on the occasion of Valentine's Day.

It is produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes from Vulture, harvested only by hand and pressed whole. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C, for 20 days. This is followed by a slow second fermentation in small autoclaves for 60 days.

The Spumante Gran Cuvée Rosé by Fantini Farnese is characterized by a pomegranate color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe cherries, currants, wild strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is aromatic and full-bodied, balanced by a good freshness.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is perfect to accompany fish-based dishes but in general all seafood dishes.
