Ferghettina Franciacorta Milledì Brut Docg 2016 Franciacorta Milledi is an expression of minerality and flavor. We select for the cuvee of this Franciacorta the Chardonnays coming from 12 different vineyards located in 8 municipalities of Franciacorta. WinemakingThe whole bunch grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press at very delicate pressures. During vinification the musts are separated into two fractions: free-run must, which has the best qualitative characteristics and which is used for the production of Franciacorta and second pressing must which is not intended for bottling. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C. The base wine rests in the tank until the spring following the harvest. Tasting characteristics Straw yellow color with gold-green reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. In the mouth it presents elegant citrus and mineral notes.
