the Perlé Rosé, a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, whose maturation on the yeasts lasts 5 years before a further stop in the bottle.
Ancient pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses an intense and elegant bouquet characterized by notes of small ripe fruits: currants, wild strawberries and raspberries, with pleasant fragrances of orange peel and rose. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, the excellent structure enhances the typicality of Pinot Noir and is embellished with a delicate note of spices, sweet almond and yeast: all components that confer harmony and persistence.
