The innate refinement of a 100% Chardonnay vintage, zero dosage, makes it advisable throughout the meal. It is at its best alongside complex aperitifs, seafood dishes, risottos, fish main courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
VISUAL APPEARANCE: abundant and creamy foam, with good
persistence of a faint crown; subtle and sinuous perlage.
COLOR: intense straw yellow with shades of antique gold.
BOUQUET: broad and deep, characterized by notes of
dandelion and broom, yellow melon, and a light finish
toasted notes and almond brittle and brioche bread.
TASTE: on the palate, the wine is characterized by a strong flavour
acidity supported by an excellent structure. The savory finish
gives longevity and tension to the sip
