Tasting notes
Straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses beautiful notes that range from the delicacy of yellow fruit to candied citrus, from shortcrust pastry to hints reminiscent of sugared almonds. On the palate it is balanced and engaging, characterized by a marked acidity and excellent freshness; closes with an intriguing finish, of excellent persistence.
