Vineyards Gamla Chardonnay is made entirely from grapes sourced from vineyards in the Northern Golan Heights, the coolest and highest part of the Golan Heights.
Vinification Gamla Chardonnay ferments in stainless steel tanks; it is subsequently aged briefly in French oak barrels so as to maintain the fruity nature of the wine.
