The 2022 Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon features classic Cabernet characters of  berries and plum, complemented by complex notes of herbs, earth and spice. With a satisfying body and good flavor concentration, the wine is wonderful  to drink every day.

The 2022 Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown in vineyards  in the Golan Heights and a vineyard in the Upper Galilee. By limiting the time on the skins, a wine is obtained that combines classic varietal character with everyday drinkability.

The denomination  

Galilee (or Galil) is the northernmost and generally considered the best appellation in Israel. The highest quality area within the denomination is the Golan Heights (or simply the Golan), the coldest region in Israel. Vineyards on this volcanic plateau rise from 400 meters (1,300 feet) above sea level to 1,200 meters (3,900 feet) and receive snowfall in the winter. Golan Heights Winery is located in the town of Katzrin in the central Golan Heights.
