Description

This Monprà grappa from the Berta distillery comes from the pomace of Barbera and Nebbiolo. It is distilled with the traditional discontinuous method in copper steam boilers and then aged for 12 months in wood. It expresses an elegant, harmonious and pronounced aroma with a soft veined flavor with hints of vanilla and cocoa.
