Berta's Grappa "Elisi" is a warm, soft and enveloping aged grappa, distilled mainly from Barbera pomace and aged in barrels of different woods. The bouquet is broad and complex with notes of morello cherry and cocoa in evidence. On the palate it is soft, rich and pleasantly warm
