The quality of Fercullen grain whiskey and the typical aromatic notes of ex-Amarone barrels give life to this new limited edition Single Grain signed by Noel Sweeney, former Distillery Manager of Cooley and founding member of the Irish Whiskey Association. Selection of whiskeys distilled in 2010, 2011, 2012 and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and subjected to a second maturation in ex-Amarone barrels, a very smooth whiskey, with notes of caramelized almonds and ginger covered in chocolate, dried apricots and caramelized sugar. On the palate the wine makes itself felt, enveloping and spicy, with notes of small red fruits.
