 Jermann Chardonnay IGT Venezia Giulia 2022

Chardonnay from Chardonnay grapes vinified in white. It has a bright straw color, with greenish reflections, an intense, fruity aroma (when young - golden banana is ripe), slightly aromatic, and has excellent persistence. This wine enhances the natural aromas of the vine in a very noticeable way. It goes well with sauced fish from the great and new cuisine, shellfish and vegetable creams. The memory of a pairing with a crusted monkfish soup is particularly happy.

Terrain type

Prevalent marl and sandstone belonging to the flyschoid formation of the Eocene age which give rise to a rocky substrate which transforms to form the "ponca" characteristic of our predominantly hilly geographical area.
