Winemaking: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures
Aging: used 500 liter barriques for 12 months
Color: intense garnet red
Nose: fine aromas of blueberries, berries, black pepper, spices and light smoky tones
Taste: elegant, dry, with vibrant and long-lasting tannins with cherry tones
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
