The Kilkerran Cask Strength 8 Years Old Bourbon Cask is a lightly peated single malt Scotch whisky, aged for at least 8 years in casks that previously contained exclusively bourbon and is bottled at cask strength at 55.8% vol. without being cold filtered and without adding colorants.

Color: Bright pale gold.

Aroma: Light notes of peat welcome us which mix with notes of honey, orange, apple and a light marine touch with floral hints.

Taste: On the palate we have notes of lemon, brown sugar, ginger, then black pepper and mineral hints.
Finish: Medium persistence with notes of black pepper, honey, light vanilla and a touch of wood with an aftertaste of earthy peat.
