LAKES THE ONE - MANZANILLA CASK FINISH (70CL, 46.6% Vol.)
This limited edition of The One is a blend of Lakes Distillery Single Malt and selected Scottish malt and grain whiskies, with a portion of slightly peated whisky. The careful mix was finished for a year in ex Sherry Manzanilla barrels personally selected in Spain by Whiskeymaker Dhavall Gandhi.

Aroma: Full and slightly smoky, with notes of green apple and a delicious acidity. Palate: Notes of Williams pears, lemon caramels, the slight peat crosses perfectly with the mineral contribution of the Manzanilla. Finish: Long and savory, white fruit and a veil of smoke.
