The Peruvian Rum “10° Aniversario” is a distillate that Millonario creates starting from the molasses of the native South American sugar cane, cultivated in the Rubia and Blanca species. The fermentation takes place thanks to the use of local yeasts, and the distillation, the central moment in the creation of this product, makes use of a majestic Scottish still, dated 1938.
