Supersonic Mach 2 is 2469mph, or 2 times the speed of sound. It takes its name from the genius of cosmology Ernst Mach. This version is a sherry cask aged mixed malt from the North Star team. Released between 700 and 800 bottle batches, this is Supersonic Mach 2 bottled at 50% ABV.

Nose:

Coffee with some sort of vanilla sweetener, powdered with fancy cappuccino flakes.

Palate

Stewed fruit and spices on a bed of burnt roses. That little touch of rubber is always welcomed.
