Palio Citra Trebbiano DOC Terre di Chieti BIO 2022

Typical white wine from the hills of Abruzzo. Pale straw yellow colour, delicately scented, pleasantly savory and harmonious on the palate, it pairs well with fish, white meats and cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Serve chilled at 8/10° C.

Vinification: The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes becomes clear after a brief contact with the skins at low temperature (cryo-maceration). The clear must ferments at a controlled temperature in special steel tanks.
Color: Pale straw yellow, with greenish reflections.
Smell: Fresh and pleasantly fruity (hints of peach and apple) with floral notes of acacia.
Taste: Fragrant and harmonious, dry and persistent
