Vineyard: Different vineyards in the area of origin

Soil: Silty-clayey, calcareous

Vintage: Full body, red fruit and spicy notes of white pepper and anise.

Vinification: Fermentation in cement at 28°, 20 days on the skins, pumping over twice a day, malolactic fermentation completed

Aging: 5 months in large oak barrels

Bottling: September 2021

Total production: approximately 90,000 bottles

cured meats, pasta, white and red meats, vegetable dishes.
