Rest & Be Thankful - Monymusk 2012 Small Batch (70CL, 46.0% Vol.)
The first Small Batch of Rest & Be Thankful is a Jamaican Rum with great personality: it is the careful combination of 24 barrels of Monymusk with MDR mark, characterized by a short fermentation of 3 days, distilled on 21 September 2012 and bottled on 2 March 2022. Matured partly in the Tropics and partly in Europe, 6076 examples were bottled at a reduced alcohol content of 46%.
Aroma: Fresh and fruity. Passion fruit, mango, lime. Palate: Intense and enveloping. Roasted pineapple, raisins. Finish: Long and restful. Vanilla, flambéed bananas.
