Zacapa Edicion Negra Rum is aged using the solera method, in oak barrels that have previously hosted Sherry, Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez wines. Produced in very small quantities, this elixir is an edition that sees the greater toasting of the wood as the protagonist element that gives a completely different taste compared to the rest of the range, darker and more powerful; created by the master of blends Lorena Vasquez, Ediciòn Negra rests in the mountains of Guatemala, at 2,300 meters above sea level, in a place called "the house above the clouds", where only excellent products are worthy of arriving
