Through this recognition we therefore identify a product that is entirely traceable in its production, in its entirety, without secrets and mysteries. The only secret is the recipe with which it is produced, the prerogative of J.Bally and jealously guarded; the unmistakable pyramid bottle makes it perfectly recognizable and memorable, even if, we guarantee, that when you taste it, you will hardly forget it! Very intense amber colour, with lively ruby reflections, it presents rich aromas of cinnamon and vanilla on the nose, together with notes sweet caramel and hazelnut, with more complex hints of coffee beans, leather and pipe tobacco. The taste is intense, enveloping and complex, important in the caloric perception and tasty in the fruity references of candied orange peel which, together with the progress of caramelized notes, accompanies a long finish of chestnut honey.
