A mix of aromas and nuances that are mixed thanks to a unique artisanal method: the Solera method.
A process that consists of arranging the barrels in overlapping rows, starting to fill the highest ones and subsequently pouring their contents into barrels containing rum from previous years. A technique which in the Hacienda Santa Teresa also involves the use of the first barrel used in 1796, imbued inside with particular essences which give the Santa Teresa rum a dry, soft and balanced flavour. The extraordinary taste that has made it one of the best rums in the world.
