A single cask distilled at the Foursquare distillery, Barbados. Distilled in 2005 and matured in a refill barrel for 16 years, with only 287 bottles filled to the full 57% strength.

Aroma: Very fruity, pineapple, banana, grapes, lychees. Spices. Palate: Complex, sweet, acidic, cake, wood and candied fruit. Finish: Fermented note, wood, white pepper and pineapple juice.
