The “Blanco” Tequila by Cenote was born from the expert hands of the master distiller Arturo Fuentes, starting from a very careful selection of “weber” blue agave and a double distillation that follows the pot-still method. At the end of the distillation process, the Tequila undergoes a rapid three-week passage in wood, to enhance its olfactory and gustatory profile.

Brilliant and crystalline to the eye, it opens on the nose with nuances that recall lemon and pepper, and then veers towards fragrant touches of agave, spices and wood. It enters the mouth with a linear and pleasant sip, in which the rapid passage made in wood before final bottling is felt on a gustatory level.
