Villa Lobos uses Agave azul tequilana Weber harvested at 8 years old, in the geographical area of ​​Arandas, Jalisco. Our Agave cooks for 2 days and remains in the oven for another 2 days to cool, the juice deprived of the fibers is fermented spontaneously without the addition of yeasts, but using exclusively natural indigenous yeasts that flutter in the wind that passes through the glassless windows, which slowly and naturally give life to fermentation. Thus the fermentation of the juice begins, thanks to the action of the yeasts which transform the sugars naturally contained in the plants into carbon dioxide and alcohol.
