Port Mourant Batch #2 was distilled

at the Diamond Distillery, in Guyana, with the famous wooden still: Port Mourant, in fact, which on the label is traveling towards its new location.

This Port Mourant is aged for 10 years, bottled at 52.5%, not cold filtered and not artificially coloured,

it is a limited edition of 946 pieces.

TASTING NOTES:

Aroma: Herbaceous, then here are funkier notes: ripe banana, balsamic, sun balm.

Palate: Light, crunchy with notes of pepper, then persistent banana and a dense fruity sweetness.

Finish: Very edgy, but elegant all the same

time.
