The label shows a spice market on a Caribbean beach, and there is a strange character in the background… This rum is aged 20 years, bottled at 52.3% proof, not cold filtered and not artificially coloured, and it is a limited edition of 212 pieces.

TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Floral, then sandalwood, spices and an apple crumble sweetness. Palate: Enveloping and oily, with honey, caramel, notes of ginger and spices. Finish: Waxy skin and even more cooking spices, for a very long finish.
