This rum is the first blend of rum bottled by Boutique-y: it is a mixture of white rum from Martinique and a particularly dark Jamaican rum. Bottled at 42% proof, not chill-filtered and not artificially coloured: it works perfectly in a Daiquiri!

Aroma: Fresh and fruity, banana sweets, ripe pear, melon, pink grapefruit and black olives. Eucalyptus. Palate: Pear candies, then pineapple, banana bread, vanilla; here are green apple, grapefruit and salted caramel. Finish: Bright and balanced.
